My Account

I have forgotten my password and cannot access my account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Login Reminder to have your password e-mailed to you.

How do I register?

If you would like to register, please use the form on our Registration Page.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, you will need to login to your Job Hunter Home and select the Job Hunter Cancellation Form option.

How will filling in a profile help me?

Filling in your profile makes you a more searchable candidate. This means that you will appear in more results when recruiters are searching for candidates.

I just want to apply online, do I have to fill in the profile?

Using our Fast Application process, you can apply for a job within minutes. You can later log in to fill out your full profile.

How do I upload my CV?

To upload your CV, you will need to login to your Job Hunter Home and select the My Profile and CV option. From there you will need to use the Upload CV option to find the CV and then Save your profile.

How do I update my CV?

To update your CV, you will need to login to your Job Hunter Home and select the My Profile and CV option. From there you will need to use the Upload CV option to find the new CV and then Save your profile.

I have uploaded a new CV, why can I still see my old one?

Once you upload a new CV, your old CV is overwritten and will no longer be accessible.

My CV is more than 1MB, how can I upload it?

We do not allow CVs that are larger than 1MB.

How can I stop my current employer from seeing my profile?

You can choose to hide your contact details, however this will hide your details from ALL recruiters. To do so, go to your Job Hunter Home and select the My Profile and CV option. Select the Hide Contact Details option and then Save your profile.

How do I keep my Profile completely private?

You can choose to hide your contact details by going to your Job Hunter Home and selecting the My Profile and CV option. Select the Hide Contact Details option and then Save your profile.

Email Questions

How can I receive “jobs by email”?

You can set up Jobs by Email by going to your Job Hunter Home and selecting the My Jobs By Email Subscriptions option. Select the relevant search criteria and then press Save. You will then receive new jobs matching these criteria every morning.

How can I change the email address I have registered with?

You can change your registered email address by going to your Job Hunter Home and selecting the Account Registration Details option.

How do I stop receiving emails from Executive-Careers.co.uk?

Once you have saved Jobs by Email options, you can delete them by going to your Job Hunter Home and selecting the My Jobs By Email Subscriptions option.

Application Questions

Can I send my application to you?

You must use the Apply Now button within each job advertisment to apply for a role. We will not accept applications sent in any other way.

Why haven’t I had any response to my application?

If you want to find out more information about an application, we recommend contacting the recruiter.

Can foreign nationals apply for jobs in the UK?

All potential candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

How can I contact the recruiter about my application?

If the recruiter wishes to be contacted, they will leave contact details within the advert for you to use.

Vacancy Posting

Can I add images to my job advert?

You are not able to add images to job adverts.

Can my advert be directly linked to my company website?

An application can be directed to company website by using the Application Form Link option when adding the new job.

What information do you need to publish my vacancy correctly?

To publish your advert correctly, you will need to provide:

  • A Job Title;
  • Start Date;
  • Your Company Details;
  • Job Description;
  • Location Details;
  • Job Category/Sector Details.

How do I select the right location?

We provide a list of Regions and Areas that you can select from when adding a job advert. This can be narrowed further by using the Location free-text field.

My Location is not on the list, what do I do?

If your Executive job is based outside of the UK, please contact us using our Enquiry Form to discuss how we can help you.

Can I post vacancies via a multi-poster or other automated system?

We support a number of multi-post or remote post systems. Please contact us using our Enquiry Form for more information.

Can I use HTML in my vacancies?

No. For technical reasons, we do not allow the use of HTML Job Adverts.
