Client Services Technician / IT Support Executive

A Client Services Technician / IT Support Executive (1st Line / 2nd Support) is needed to join a global Ecommerce / Multichannel Retailer based in Knowsley. Expect to play a key role delivering effective technical support across all thin clients, desktops, laptops, mobiles and other portable devices.

Continuing to experience exciting levels of growth, they are now seeking a Client Services Technician / IT Support Executive to join their talented team responsible for providing an exceptional quality of service and execution of 2nd line technical support and associated activities to all internal users of Technology.

Joining as the Client Services Technician / IT Support Executive you will be responsible for provide 1st and 2nd line support for both hardware and software applications both remotely and via site visits when necessary. Whether you are receiving, diagnosing, and resolving software and hardware problems; giving step-by-step instructions and training; taking ownership of the Request Management process; performing IT Reviews; ensuring that all System Access is provided in line with SOX regulations; escalate problems to 2nd and 3rd line IT teams when required or providing support for Active Directory management it will be you superb communications skills that ensures a continued high level of customer service is delivered.

To qualify- � You could be a Client Services Technician / IT Support Executive / IT Support Advisor / 1st Line Support Technician / 2nd Line Support Executive / IT Support Technician or similar, we don't mind as long as your CV demonstrates:

* Experience within a similar IT Support role, providing both 1st and 2nd line resolution;
* Experience with Window and Windows 10 including Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 and Office 365;
* An in-depth understanding of IT Applications and experience with iOS Mobile devices;
* Good troubleshooting and problem solving abilities;
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

Any experience or exposure to Citirix and VM Ware is highly desirable.
