Based London - With Extensive Global Travel (40/50%)


This role will see you be second in command reporting into the Global Food and Beverage Director. The premise of this role is a mix of finance and operations (not Food development) - ultimately working with a company owned brands and third-party contracts to effectively streamline and save costs across the board concentrating on the F&B element from Streamlining services standards to food displays., to dealing with suppliers and negotiating the best price, this is not a New Product Development role, but due to the nature of the position you will need to come from a strong food background and love efficiencies, numbers and maximising profits

Who will you be?

* We are looking for a senior operator who has worked within a large multisite operation (Restaurants, QSR, Food Services) - ideally this would be a multi-brand set up across multiple geographies
* Ideally you will have had a minimum of 10 years' experience in a highly commercial and competitive retail or hospitality environment.
* We are looking for an analytical individual - someone who can identify and execute cost savings - this should be demonstrated in your CV and explained in interview.
* You will be a fantastic communicator and be comfortable working with Executive Chefs, General Managers through to Supply Chain
* Ideally a European language and the ability to work effectively in different cultures.
* Demonstrable record of taking projects from inception through to final delivery, together with value creation
* Strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines and schedules; able to work with frequent interruptions and under tight time constraints.
* Experience of working across a complex stakeholder base and operating through influence and not just line authority.
* High level of integrity and drive for excellence.
* Excellent motivational and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility in travelling across the world.
* Will thrive and be effective in a fast paced, challenging and highly commercial, revenue-led environment.
* Must convey high levels of energy, tenacity and resilience and be capable of challenging the status quo.
