Client Account Manager

A tech savvy Client Account Manager is needed to join a market leader within on-site communications. Primarily based in their new offices in Elstree, expect to have a real impact managing their existing client base and driving sales opportunities.

(Product training is provided; experience of supplying technology to the hospitality or retail sector is advantageous).

This innovative supplier has provided to over 15,000 clients across the UK and Europe, with premium solutions, in the corporate, hospitality, retail and healthcare sectors among others.

Due to continued success they are now seeking a Client Account Manager, to build on client accounts and spot sales opportunities. On a day-to-day basis expect to gather business intelligence and develop your sales strategy, attend network events & trade shows, attend client meetings, deliver effective sales presentations, create sales briefs for quotation and anything else necessary to grow revenue and develop existing customer accounts.

To qualify- � You will need to be a confident, energetic and enthusiastic Client Account Manager / Client Manager / Business Development Manager / B2B Sales / Sales Strategist / Sales Consultant / New Business Manager / Sales Account Manager / BDM or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

* Proven experience in an Account Management role, preferably within a technology environment;
* Experienced in managing accounts, developing and retaining customers;
* A proven track record in building a strong business pipeline and converting sales;
* An ability to thrive and prioritise in a fast paced environment;
* A love for great customer service and goal-oriented relationship building;
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
* Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable nature;
* A willingness to travel to meet clients and attend trade events.

Experience of communication systems (Paging, Two-Way Radio, DECT, Lone Worker, Mobile) would be a distinct advantage.
